School Services Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions relate to our bus club arrangements for the transport to school schemes we operate to Crossley Heath School, Huddersfield Grammar School and the Wakefield Grammar Schools Foundation including Queen Elizabeth Grammar School and Wakefield Girls High School. Parents are reminded that they are entering into a contract for the full academic year. Cancellations are not refunded part way through the academic year as the commitment is for the whole school year.

Code of Practice

We treat the safety of passengers and staff as a priority in everything we do. All service users including Passengers, children, parents, drivers and any subcontractors used to provide the service must ensure they have read and agree to our Code of Practice. School Bus – Home to School Travel – Terms & Conditions

The contractual Terms and Conditions confirm you are entering into a Contract to pay the full amount due. The defined start date is the first day of the academic year. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted and the full payment is due and must be paid within the terms of your agreement. This is clearly stated on your invoice. You are agreeing to pay the full annual cost of the service regardless of how often you use the bus and no refunds are given for days when school may be closed for any reason.
